Mr. Hudson’s was Chief Operating Officer of ECN Capital (TSX: ECN), where he was previously the Executive Vice President of Originations at Element Financial Corporation. Prior to joining Element Financial, Todd was the President of Hathway Financial, a financial services firm specializing in small to mid-sized commercial credit for transportation, construction, and industrial equipment markets. Before creating Hathway Financial in 2003, Todd held pivotal positions at Newcourt and CIT Group and directed nationwide vendor programs in transportation, construction, and automotive verticals.
